How do I place an order?

You can order online or you can purchase Weatherbeeta products at one of our stockists. Find your nearest store here.

Why won't the site process my payment?

Please ensure that the billing address matches the address to which your chosen card is registered, the payment will not go through if this is not the case.

Which payment options to you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, ApplePay and GPay.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a Guest if you would prefer not to set up an account.

I can't log in to my account – help?

If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be sent instructions on how to change your password.

Do I need to be able to sign for my delivery?

All of our parcels are delivered by New Zealand Post and we recommend that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you provide a delivery address that is suitable for you.  For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to your work address where you can sign receipt of delivery.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you have provided. Where you are not available to be at your address to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Box addresses. If your delivery cannot fit in a PO Box, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes. We will deliver to a delivery address of your choice. You will need to select a different delivery address when completing your order.
